The M.Ed. in Educational Leadership prepares graduates to be transformative leaders who are able to promote a culture of change and growth in their organizations. Coursework is designed to give graduates foundational knowledge in change and improvement, diversity and social justice, understanding and engaging communities, and the multiple dimensions of leadership with the intent of graduates emerging from the program as leaders who are able to meet the current and emergent needs of their organizations. The M.Ed. in Educational Leadership program offers concentrations in administration and supervision, culturally responsive leadership, higher education administration, and leadership studies so that students may choose the option that best meets their personal goals and career trajectories.
